Tuition Information

Tuition cost are based upon the program in which the child is enrolled. Tuition fee includes: materials, hot lunch, and a Montessori School of Fairfax tote bag.

The tuition may be paid on an annual or monthly installments, due on the first of each month.  A late fee of 5% of your child's tuition will be assessed after the 10th of each month.

Siblings enrolled will receive a 10% tuition discount applied to the lessor of the tuitions paid.

A written withdrawal notice is required thirty days in advance, in order to be released from further tuition obligations.  If withdrawal is not received thirty days prior, you are responsible for tuition for the remainder of the month.  If withdrawal notice is not received by March 1, you are responsible for tuition for the remainder of the school year.

Montessori School of Fairfax offers programs during the traditional school year as well as summer care for our enrolled students only.

    Late Pickup Fee
      • $20.00 charge for initial five minutes late for pick-up, additional $1.00 per minute thereafter

      • Security Deposit ..... $300.00 (Non-refundable. May deduct from last month's tuition with written withdrawal thirty days in advance)
      • Re-Enrollment Fee ... $100.00 (Non-refundable)
      • Change of Contract .. $100.00 (Non-refundable)

    All fees mentioned above are not credited towards tuition. If a child enrolls in the middle of the year, the first payment is due at the time of enrollment.
    * The security deposit may be deducted from the last month's tuition with written withdrawal notice thirty days in advance, with the exception of Kindergarten students whose security deposit will be put towards graduation cost/materials.
